Details

Software license (site license) A site license allows the software to be installed for use with a single server. There is no limit to the number of workstations or number of concurrent users that may use the software. There is also no limit to the number of Sage Timberline Office or Prolog databases that may be used.
Installation Support This is a service that is provided to help you accomplish the following tasks upon receiving the software-
  • Determination if the target installation environment is correctly configured and meets all of the requirements
  • Assistance with installation of the software
  • Connectivity testing to confirm that the software is able to make a connection to a Sage Timberline Office database and a Prolog Manager database (this does not include configuration of Integrator settings).
Online Training Online training is provided via WebEx meeting software. No software purchase is required to make use of this service. WebEx allows the trainer to share his or her desktop across the Internet so that participants can watch and even interact. During the training, each participant is connected to the meeting via the Internet online meeting center as well as a telephone conference call. For more information about WebEx, go to www.WebEx.com.
Training Session 1 - Planning In this session we discuss planning issues for integrating two very dissimilar software products; Sage Timberline Office Cost Accounting and Prolog Manager. This includes mapping strategies, alignment issues and the implementation plan for Integrator.
Training Session 2 - Setup In this session we will review all of the Integrator settings and provide a step-by-step approach for configuring Integrator connections. This session is offered separately for users of the Custom and Professional editions due to the differences in the complexity of the settings between those two editions.
Training Session 3 - Workflow In this session we will cover the workflow tasks in Integrator. This will also include approaches to stream-lining the workflow process and advice on how to resolve rejected data.
Software Maintenance Software maintenance entitles you to download, install and use new versions of Integrator as they become available. Updates are provided to ...

  • Provide enhancements to Integrator as they are made available
This service is renewed on an annual basis for the fees described above. For subscription based licensing, this service is included in the subscription price.
Implementation Consulting This consulting is typically provided online via WebEx. This consulting allows us to-
  • Work with you one-on-one.
  • Review or advise you on Prolog Manager and Sage Timberline Office implementation decisions
  • Determine the Integrator configuration that will best meet your integration needs
  • Assist with implementation and testing of integration settings
Prepaid Consulting All Integrator consulting services are billed at $195 per hour. Services may be purchased up front along with the software.
