View Name
This is the unique name for the custom view.  When creating a new view, you can enter any combination of letters or numbers in the view name.Select
This button is available when a column on the left (in the Available Columns list) can be added to the list on the right (Selected Columns list).  When you click this button, the column selected on the left is added to the end of the list on the right.  The column on the left is then disabled because it cannot be added more than once.  You can also select a column by double-clicking it or by pressing the Enter key.Remove
This button is available when a column on the right (in the Selected Column list) is selected.  When you click this button, the column is removed from the list of selected columns.  After the column has been removed, it will be enabled again in the list of available columns and can once again be selected if needed.Move Up
Use this button to arrange the order of the selected columns.  When you click this button, the column is moved upward in the list.Move Down
Use this button to arrange the order of the selected columns.  When you click this button, the column is moved downward in the list.Available Columns
The list of available columns is dependent on the Record Type.  This list represents the possible columns that can be included in the import file.Selected Columns
This list shows the columns that have been included in the view and the order they appear in.OK
Click this button to accept the view configuration and dismiss this window.Cancel
Click this button to dismiss this window and discard any changes to the view.
